Overview

Dr. Satya Pal Kataria, the Vice Chairman of Medical Oncology at Medanta, Gurugram, is one of the most recognized oncologists, who has 27 years of experience. He has worked in some of the best government medical establishments in India, namely, AIIMS New Delhi, VMMC-Safdarjung Hospital, and JIPMER Puducherry, where he also received his degree of MBBS and MD (General Medicine). He subsequently did his DM in Medical Oncology at AIIMS.

Before his employment at Medanta, Dr. Kataria had occupied numerous positions in his prestigious career, such as the Head of the Department of Medical Oncology at Safdarjung Hospital. An academically prolific author, he has published 30 or more research papers, articles, and book chapters in elite Indian and International journals.
