Dr. Surender Kumar Dabas, the Vice Chairman and HOD of Max Healthcare, has gained experience of over 22 years in the field of surgical oncology and robotic surgery. He has performed more than 20,000 intricate cancer operations and also more than 2,500 robotic operations. Revered in the light of initiating the Robotic Surgical Oncology Programme in India, Dr. Dabas also hosts international mentorship in the field of robotic cancer operations. He is the first and only cancer surgeon in India who is trained by the University of Chicago in robotic pancreatic surgery and has performed most of the head and neck robotic surgeries in all whole Asia. His experiences are in head and neck, gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, thoracic, gynecologic, and urologic cancer. Dr. Dabas is a renowned cancer specialist who practices modern technology in conjunction with compassionate care. He is a member of respectable surgical oncology organizations and has made a prolific contribution to publications both nationally and internationally, making breakthroughs in cancer treatment.
